Opened a canal on a land without a property permit/ 39-year-old man in Rec is

A 39-year-old citizen has been arrested after it was found that he had opened a canal in the village of Reç, Shkodra, on a piece of land for which he did not have ownership documents.

Criminal proceedings have been initiated against citizen EM for the offenses of "Waste of land" and "Land occupation".

Announcement:

The Crime Investigation Specialists of the Malësi e Madhe Police Station referred the materials to the Prosecutor's Office, where criminal proceedings were initiated against citizen EM, 39 years old, for the criminal offenses of "Land Abuse" and "Land Invasion", after it was found in the village of Reç that he had opened a canal on a land area for which he did not have ownership documents.

The procedural materials were referred to the Prosecutor's Office at the First Instance Court of General Jurisdiction in Shkodra, for further action. /CNA
