Sokol Sadushi and KED's scandalous mockery of the billions they are paid as salaries

Sokol Sadushi and KED's scandalous mockery of the billions they are paid as
Sokol Sadushi

A few days have passed since the day when the Constitutional Court, headed by Sokol Sadushi, announced that applications for the vacant position of the Constitutional Court, whose appointing body was the Albanian Parliament, were to be reopened.

According to the announcement, since there were only 2 candidates in the race and the limit of 3 candidates had not been reached, applications had to be reopened.

But the truth is not like that!

From 10 candidacies, the number of candidates dropped to 4.  Among those who withdrew from the race were those who resigned along the way or were disqualified by the KED.  However, there were still 4 candidacies remaining.  Among them was the former president of the KLGJ, Naureda Llagami.

Ms. Llagami is known for her friendship with Klotilda Bushka, the famous chairwoman of the Laws Commission who had transformed the offices of her friends, who are paid with state salaries, into pressure environments in defense of the Xoxa-Veliaj family.

If you open and read the minutes of the KED meeting, the motive and justification that Sokol Sadushi gives for the failure of the "competition" is scandalous.

According to Sadushi, a professor of administrative law, the race was down to only 2 candidates because... the other 2 were still in the verification process!

That is, 2 candidacies (among them Llagami's) were still being verified, so since the KED had only verified 2, only 2 remained in the race. And since the law requires 3, and 2 is less than 3, then 3 cannot be submitted to the Assembly for the latter to elect.

So, there are 2 left in the race, but in the meantime "2 are still in the verification process". In theory, Sadushi says there are 4, but in practice there are 2. So, we have 4, but in order for there to be 2 left, we are not verifying 2 now. And since then we will not have 3 as required by law, we must reopen the race.

This is the professor of administrative law, Sokol Sadushi, who resolves administrative issues with the 4-2=2 style.

Why didn't he say 0? He's got the end in hand!

There were 30 candidacies, but since all of them are in the verification process, we have 0 names for the Assembly, so the race must be reopened until Sadushi's accounts are settled.

While not nominating him for the Constitutional Court, Sadushi is checking Genta Bunga, telling the Assembly to reopen the race because out of the 4 remaining candidacies, only 2 have been verified by Sadushi.

Interestingly, the motives used to disqualify 4 out of 6 candidacies (except for the 2 candidates who resigned) are also the same.

Since Sadushi holds himself out as a professor of administrative law, he fired those candidates he didn't like one after the other for administrative reasons. Classic, right? So they'll go complain to the Administrative Court.

And when one of the candidates appealed the decision, the administrative appeals office handled it and issued a decision in less than a month. And then they say that trials take years.

The news here is that Sadushi has put the Administrative Appeal in his pants pocket.

The deal for that goes through Professor Sadushi. The other news is that the former president of the Supreme Court of Kosovo was not verified to qualify as a candidate for the KED.

This is the scandalous mockery of Sokol Sadushi and his puppets everywhere in the system that Albanians pay billions a year. Not to mention the others that may be needed to get justice.

In theory we have a reformed justice system, in practice we have Sadducees./ CNA
