On Wednesday, SPAK sent 3 officials of Erion Veliaj for trial.

Specifically, Ledia Ramon, Ortjon Dhamin and Engjëll Dedjan , employees at UKT, who have been sent for trial for "violation of the equality of participants in public tenders or auctions". ( Read here )

CNA learns that Ledia Ramo, already in the "sieve" of SPAK, holds the position of Director of Procurement, thus subordinate to Erion Veliaj.

The director of Veliaj partnered with the corrupt of the "5D" file

The director of Veliaj, who is in the SPAK network, has a partnership relationship with the people involved in the corrupt affair of the "5D" file, where a number of directors (associates) of Erion Veliaj have been arrested.

CNA has revealed the connection between Ledia Ramos and the ownership of luxury hotels in the south. 

We clarify here, Ledia Ramo is the contemporary of Thanas Rapo, one of the partners of the company "Rapo So", which is related to the management of the luxury hotel in Potam, Rapo's resort.

In this business, Thanas Rapos is a partner with Sokol Tushe, Taulant Tushe's brother. The latter is in handcuffs for the "5D" affair and the incinerators. From the data in the CKB, it appears that Thanas Rapo has 50% of the shares and Sokol Tusha, 40%, while Besarta Dika has 10%. So the husband of Veliaj's directors does business with people who are associates of Veliaj.

This is not the only business connection. 

Thanas Rrapo also partners with Sokol Tushen, in the company "Jon Construction".

This company built in October 2020 is owned by Sokol Tuša, the brother of Taulant Tuša, with 66.7% of the shares and 33.3% of the shares of this company were owned by citizen Thanas Rapo.

Sokol Tusha and Thanas Rapo are connected to many other schemes and businesses for which they are suspected to have benefited from tenders in different institutions or different companies.

This is due to the influence and connections with his brother, Taulant Tushe. The latter was one of Erion Veliaj's most trusted people, leader of his political campaigns. /CNA
