SPAK has discovered that in the name of Taulant Tushe's brother, Sokol Tushe, is one of the most luxurious hotels in the area of ??Potami in Himare, "Rapo So".

The opening of this hotel business in Himarë was carried out on December 21, 2022, when this period coincides with the successful establishment of Taulant Tushes in the municipality of Tirana.

In this business, Taulant Tushes' brother, Sokoli, has 40 percent of the hotel's shares.

While 40 percent is owned by Thanas Rapo, a businessman with close ties to the municipality of Tirana, and the remaining 20 percent is owned by Besarta Dika, who controls 60 percent of the shares of the "Advanced" security company, in which worked as an electrical engineer and Taulant Tusha.

The investigation revealed that in the name of Taulant Tusha, two apartments in Tirana, a vehicle worth over 30 thousand euros and a small amount of money in bank accounts were registered.

While Tushe's threads extend to an agro-tourism business in Kashar, registered in the name of his brother, Sokol Tusha, a business which was opened on January 9, 2019.

This investment in physical assets of agricultural farms is worth 374 thousand euros, but 196 thousand euros was received by Sokol Tusha from the IPARD project in the Rural Agricultural Development Agency.

SPAK has raised strong suspicions that the shadow of the former director of the Tirana municipality, Sokol Tusha, also rests on the shares of the construction company "Jon Konstruksion".

This is a construction company that was opened on October 2, 2020 by businessman Thanas Rapo and Arben Maloku, head of the Administrative Unit in Zall Herr near Tirana municipality.

11 days later from the opening of the company, Thanas Rapo and Arben Maloku appear before the notary Rezarta Koçi, giving 33 percent of the company to Bardhok Lleshi from Mirdita. A strange and not at all justified donation by the three protagonists.

Also, another company that deals with the trading of glass and the construction of glass facades is "Glas Construction" in Tirana, which was originally owned by Llambi Roçi and Besim Roçi.

But on February 21, 2021, both of these people decided to leave the company to Sokol Tusha, the brother of the former official of the Municipality of Tirana, Taulant Tusha.

The company was sold for a ridiculous price of 333 thousand old lek and from this date onwards, Sokol Tusha continues to be the owner of this business.
