CNA ka siguruar një dokument që tregon se Bashkia e Tiranës e ka paguar rreth 85 milionë lekë këngëtarin shqiptar për të mbajtur një koncert, kur vendi nuk kishte kaluar ende krizën ekonomike të COVID-19.
