Some time ago, "Stop" aired the problem of Afrim Adem, a Kosovar Albanian, who lives in Sweden. His son was accused of motor vehicle trafficking and was finally sentenced by the Kukes court to two years in prison.

But, until the trial was over and the decision was taken, the family members asked the court to ease the security measure, paying 10,000 euros.

On the other hand, the court, when it gave the final decision, did not comment on the return part of the guarantee, so the citizen has, since September 2022 until today, without any solution.

"Stop" addressed an official letter to the court, which was justified by the fact that the first judge was transferred to another position, while the second one did not appear in court at all due to health.

Afrimi says that Kukësi has now passed this issue to Shkodra and neither of them is considering the issue of money.

"As far as I understand, they don't want anyone to take the matter of my money, thousands of euros. I don't know for what reason, I left them there. The issue is with Kukësi, Kukësi has taken it to Shkodra, Shkodra is now taking it to Tirana. I want my money. I am not guilty of anything if the institutions make the mistake themselves. I cannot solve the problem of the institutions", he said.

The Supreme Court must finally determine which of these two courts should judge this decision for the return of the amount of 10 thousand Euros./ tvklan
