The General Directorate of Road Transport Services (DGRTS) has launched an information campaign to promote the eTransport platform, a digital service that provides information on interurban public transport, at a time when the flow of tourists and travelers to Albania is increasing significantly.

The campaign was carried out at some of the main entry points of the country, including the Port of Durres, Tirana International Airport, the Port of Vlora and the Port of Saranda. According to the DPSHTRR, the institution's teams have informed citizens, tourists and operators on how to use the platform and the functionalities it offers.

The eTransport platform aims to centralize information on interurban public transport, enabling users to access data on lines, routes and how to use the service in a single digital channel.

During the field meetings, DPSHTRR said it has collected comments and suggestions from users to identify further improvements to the platform, with a focus on ease of use and functionality.

The institution announced that the campaign will continue throughout the summer season in other tourist and cultural spots, as part of promoting the platform and informing passengers about interurban public transport services. /Monitor
