Journalist Artan Hoxha said today that the large participation of citizens in the protests that have been going on for 30 days has caught the country's institutions off guard.

Invited to the show 'The Unexposed', Hoxha revealed that like never before, Prime Minister Edi Rama put the entire anti-terror structure into action, including the State Intelligence Service.

"The large turnout from the beginning caught the institutions off guard. It took them a few days to put the institutions they have in their hands to work. By not assessing the situation, they wasted time to put the criminal police, the operational force, to work. There is a consequence why anti-terror was introduced. It is the anti-terror of the police, but also of SHISH. In himself, Rama has put these structures to work like never before. He does not respect the agencies, but he has felt the need so much that he has put them to work 24 hours a day, they are on alert.
