CNA has also learned that Erion Veliaj's legal representatives, in order to create a lie with the government media, on Friday afternoon, after official hours and without having a birth certificate for the child, as required by law, have filed a request with SPAK. However, prosecutor Ols Dado, according to official sources from SPAK, was not in Tirana. Likewise, the other prosecutor in the case, the former head of SPAK, Altin Dumani, was abroad. And this is easily verifiable by TIMS.

If the prosecutors were there, they could have bypassed the certificate procedure, but they were abroad. As soon as they showed up for work on Monday, as soon as they were notified by the Prisons Directorate about the delivery of the child's certificate and the fact that a request had been made, Erion Veliaj was immediately urgently escorted to his wife and to meet his child.

So, a fraud set up, while the circumstances and facts officially provided by both the Directorate of Prisons and SPAK, refute the scenarios that are constructed with public deception, to be later used in lobbying studios in the US or in the courts, to demand the release of the mayor of Tirana with 13 serious criminal charges, who has been in Durrës prison for more than a year.
