"Forgive us for ruining your beach, but citizens are drowning"/ Korreshi denounces pollution in Lushnja
Democratic Party MP Saimir Korreshi has made another denun...

Prime Minister Edi Rama, through a video posted on social media, has responded to a citizen regarding the interview with the Financial Times and the state of the healthcare system in the country.
Rama states that the phrase "F*ck you" was not directed at Albanians, but was a response to those who, according to him, have accused him for years without evidence.
The citizen further expressed criticism of the healthcare system and brought up the case of his father, who he says lost his life from liver cancer after treatment in Albania.
Regarding the case of the citizen's father, Rama said that according to the information he had received, he had never been treated in a public hospital, but initially in a private hospital in Albania, before being treated in Vienna.
Regarding criticism of healthcare, Rama stated that the system has undergone an "epochal transformation" over the last decade, although he said that further improvements are still needed.
At the end of the reaction, Rama reiterated his stance on the request for resignation, stating that his mandate comes from the vote of the citizens and that he will respect the "contract with the people" until 2029.
The head of government added that after the current protests end, he will listen to the concerns of citizens who are protesting sincerely and address their demands.
Full replicas:
Citizen: Oh Rame, you scum, we have maintained ethics all this time. If you go to the Financial Times, tell Albanians "fuck you", who are you, you piece of garbage?
Rama: They showed me the video of this guy and before I heard the insults, I felt his warmth. I asked about him. A 24-karat democrat, the grandson of a respected democrat, a professional, with whom I am bound by mutual respect.
The fact is that I have never said that word to Albanians. It is also clear in the article. When the Financial Times journalist asked me how I respond to those who accuse you of being the godfather of Albania, I briefly told him the word that deserves someone who has been accusing me relentlessly for years, years, years and has not left two stones together to smear and bury me, but never any evidence.
From an hour of casual conversation, the journalist chose exactly that sentence. But I have no regrets.
Citizen: Do you understand that I, the one speaking, stood up when my late father, who was one of the most respected, most well-known people in Tirana, Albania, passed away in Vienna, from liver cancer, because medicine at the level you left it at, treated him for ulcers, you scum.
Qytetari: Dhe ti ke guxim t'i thuash popullit “fuck you”?
Citizen: You get on the helicopter, you and your family, who are the people, your job, state leaders, get on the plane, get treated outside. So shut up, at least don't go to this level because you'll make it personal with everyone who's there.
Rama: Who knows how it confuses me, but I personally have been hospitalized twice and have had two interventions on my body in a state hospital. Meanwhile, my family has never, ever used helicopters, planes, or state funds, either for business or pleasure. Every private trip we take is paid for from the family budget, always in the economic sense.
Citizen: Now is the time for you to resign and for the citizens to take Albania into their own hands, as befits an Albania without corruption, where citizens do not have to go to every corner of the world to be treated because you have abandoned medicine at this point.
Rama: No no, no no. Not because I am bound by a contract with someone else, called the sovereign people of Albania, with whom I signed until 2029. And I want to assure all those here who are sincere and do not have a party or money behind them, to postpone this protest, that I do not confuse their concerns, troubles and anger with these undignified characters, who shame us with our public jealousy. But, by neutralizing a very great evil and with many heads that has grabbed the protest by the throat. Unquestionably, I will turn to the significant mass of people, people from all walks of life who want to be heard, and I will tell you what I have understood from all this need for protest, and how I think we should address what internally, sincerely, calls people to protest, to the need to be heard, and also to admiration for those who protest on their behalf, precisely for the reasons of this need. /CNA
