CNA Media has addressed the Albanian Public Radio and Television with several ongoing requests. First to the head of the institution, Mr. Alfred Peza, then to the chairman of the Board, Mr. Leka Bungo, regarding the funds used by this institution for the RTSH Festival, as well as the Broadcasting Rights that the public television has.

The first time, violating the law, Alfred Peza and the head of the RTSH Management Council did not answer us. The second time they brought a letter, which actually had no answer, but talked about private data, where in fact RTSH is a public media that is paid by citizens' taxes and its data must be 100% transparent until every penny.

The editorial office of CNA media has received several complaints about the funds used in connection with last year's RTSH Festival, where it is claimed that they are inflated to the extent of 30 or 40%. There are too many abusive voices and without talking about the quality, it belongs to the experts.

On the other hand, we emphasize that CNA was able to collect information on Broadcasting Rights, that is, with their abuse, where public television, according to reports to us, or monitoring, turns out to steal broadcasts, although it is paid billions of lek every year by Albanians.

Without talking here then about the work of the Governing Council, the distribution of funds, the abuses, the violations found by the SSC and others like these.

But after the documents started by us and the refusal to make them available to us, RTSH has already started another game. The sources told CNA that within RTSH there are actions related to the changes of the dates of some documents in the protocol, inside and outside them, communications, clarifications or decisions. This is to create a new face on the documentary, i.e. written, side that CNA has requested.

Any date change is a violation, a criminal offense, it is an abuse, but let's hope that this is not true, let's hope that the director of RTSH, Alfred Peza, and the head of the Board, Leka Bungo, are not yet " crazy" to order their subordinates to commit such acts, which are criminally responsible.

But whatever date or action they change, they must understand that the numbers cannot be moved, they are inflated, they cannot be manipulated.

The voices, no matter how they try to justify themselves, have already been committed, therefore it would be best if they do such actions, the more they delay their response with documents, they simply and only delay the disclosure of the truth and they show that they are afraid of the truth, they show that they have committed something in violation of the law, because someone who does not violate the law and is transparent does not have to hide the documents, but makes them public or takes them to the media when requested.
