The Head of the Muslim Community of Albania, Bujar Spahiu, has conveyed his congratulations to believers on the occasion of the Eid al-Adha holiday.

Spahiu expresses in his message that this holiday recalls the values ??of sacrifice, devotion to God, and care for each other.

"I convey my warmest wishes for peace, goodness, prosperity and harmony in your families. Eid al-Adha is one of the most important holidays in the Islamic faith. It is a holiday of sacrifice, obedience to God, solidarity and love for humanity ," said Spahiu.

In his message, he calls for more understanding, wishing that this holiday brings prosperity, health and joy to every Albanian family.

"This holiday invites us to reflect more on each other, to be closer to our families, the elderly, people in need, orphans, and every heart that needs support and hope ," he says.

Among other things, he emphasized the importance of Qurbani at a time when the world is facing ongoing conflicts. He stated that people need understanding, dialogue, and respect for each other more than ever.

"Kurban is not just a religious ritual. It is an act of solidarity, sharing and caring for others. At a time when the world is facing numerous challenges, conflicts and social insecurity, the message of Eid al-Adha takes on even greater importance. We need understanding, dialogue and respect between people more than ever," says the head of the KMSH. /CNA
