Turning the media into a "hitman"

Activist and lawyer Adriana Kalaja has reacted to the tragic accident that occurred today in Elbasan and the media reporting of the event.

In a status on social media, Kalaja writes that media paid for by the mafia and corruption gave their version of the event without facts and evidence.

Kalaja even writes that even before the OPGJ signed the statement of the suspected author, the media rushed to distribute it. Which, according to Kalaja, shows the degradation of the media.

The Castle's reaction

Today, we have all been saddened by the event where a 7-year-old child lost his life, which is not an isolated case, unfortunately.
I have always maintained that in such cases, out of respect for the victim's family, especially when it is a child, all of us, but especially the media, should remain silent until the incident is clarified.
We all remember the cases where the media, for a few more clicks, gives unlimited videos or sequences of serious events, to the point where, without hesitation and in violation of the death code, family members are asked for interviews, in which the wound is still open.
Not to mention those cases when violating this limit turns the news into a second murder.
Therefore, I have never spoken out about such cases, but when I read in most of the media, unfortunately paid by the mafia, crime and corruption, when they rushed to give us their version of the event, without evidence and facts, even worse, by publishing the statement of the suspected author of the event??????, I decided to say a few words, as a mother, a citizen and as a person who has knowledge in the field of law.
Initially, expressing my deepest condolences to the family, I am convinced that no one would want to be in the position of the suspected author who, even in case of innocence, will be held hostage for the rest of his life, every time he gets the chance to drive a vehicle.
In this sense, I was endlessly concerned by the fact that, even before the statement was signed before the OPGJ, the media mafia managed to obtain information regarding these statements, which if true, further aggravate the legal position of the suspected author.
In this sense, the arrogance of the perpetrator of the criminal incident that "it was within his rights" shows that he has a guarantee that there will be no consequences.
On the other hand, to give such confident statements regarding the fact of the "national" road axis, at the appropriate speed, without any report or expertise from experts in the field, shows the degradation not only of justice, but also of the media, like the ministry of propaganda without a portfolio and the narco-government.
We all know that at a speed of 10 km/hour, there is never an accident resulting in death.
Likewise, we know that a speed of over 90 km/hour is required for an accident to result in death, meanwhile, the sign at the scene of the incident had a limit of up to 30 km/hour.
To conclude, there is no expert, public prosecutor, prosecutor or judge who believes that the author-director saw that the child had escaped from the mother's hand (i.e. when he was very far away), but when he took his life at a speed exceeding the norm, he did not see it (i.e. when he was very close).
However, if the party of the mother of the director wants, anything can happen.
Can you imagine what the Alliance of Filth that is fed by the media mafia would do today, if it were far away, instead of the director, it would be someone from the DP!?
Below, the speed limit table at the scene of the accident (taken from the website of journalist Kelvin Muka), which clearly shows that the fatal accident was caused by speeding beyond the limits permitted by law, and that the suspected perpetrator was not "in his right".
PS: Knowing the outcome of these cases that "the party will remove the stain", I offer my legal support to the victim's family.
