Unauthorized construction in Saranda/ AMP executes security measures for three

The Police Supervision Agency, in cooperation with the State Police, executes the decisions of the First Instance Court of General Jurisdiction of Saranda, within the framework of the investigations related to the operation conducted on May 15, 2026 in the city of Saranda.

In implementation of the court decision, searches were conducted in the homes of three police officers, who are officially under investigation for the criminal offense of "Abuse of office", provided for by Article 248 of the Criminal Code.

Within the framework of this criminal proceeding, the following security measures were executed:

"House arrest" for the person under investigation Blerim Tafçiu, suspected of committing the criminal offense of "Abuse of office", committed more than once.

"Arrest in prison" for the person under investigation, Kristofor Shkrepa, suspected of committing the criminal offense of "Abuse of office", committed more than once.

"Arrest with imprisonment" for the person under investigation Kastriot Sotka, suspected of committing the criminal offense "Abuse of office", committed more than once./ CNA
