Journalist Klodiana Lala has stated that AKSHI is the most serious file from her perspective.

"The most serious case for me is the AKSHI because of the mechanism. Hostage-taking and blackmail against businessmen were used.

Ermal Beqiri has received 80 million euros in tenders. The mechanism that was used is well-structured.

It starts with hostage-taking, blackmail, and setting prices for tenders.

SPAK claims that Karcanaj had close ties to Agas, that tenders went into the hands of Ermal Beqiri and that money was then injected into Agas's company.
