Some of the Albanian legionnaires are showing excellent form at the start of this season with their clubs abroad.

Yasir Asani scored his first brace for Esteghlal in Iran, earning his team a 2-2 draw against Paykan.

The visitors initially took the lead, but the Albanian striker responded with two goals, one of them from the penalty spot. These were Asan's first goals after his transfer from Gwangju at the end of the transfer window.

In Poland, Juljan Shehu also found his first goal for Widzew Lodz, although the team lost 3-2 to Gornik Zabrze. The national team midfielder already has three goals and two assists in nine games played this season.

In England, Anis Mehmeti continues to shine with Bristol City in the Championship, where he scored a superb goal in a 3-1 loss to Oxford United.

His fourth goal of the season, accompanied by two assists, confirms the striker's very good form. Despite his high performances, Mehmeti continues to be out of coach Silvinjo's plans for the national team.
