Paulo Dybala's injury nightmare continues

Paulo Dybala suffered a muscle injury at the end of the match against Milan, but the news for Roma is somewhat positive. Medical examinations have confirmed a medium-grade injury to the femoral biceps, but the period of absence is not expected to be long.

The medical staff will assess during the championship break whether the Argentine can recover for the November 23 match against Cremonese, or more safely for the November 30 challenge against Napoli.

The club's objective remains to have Dybala ready for the clash with Napoli, while the player has already started therapy at Trigoria. This is the second injury of the season for the striker, after the one that kept him out of the derby.

Since joining Roma, he has suffered 13 injuries in total, missing around a third of his matches. These physical problems are also affecting the club's consideration of renewing his contract, which currently earns him €6.5m per year.
