June red and black/ 16 matches for national teams, from National Team A to U-14

The month of June will be an intense period for the Albanian national teams, with intense activity in all categories, from the National Team A to the youth teams. In total, the red and black teams will play 16 official and friendly matches during this month.

The National Team A will play two friendly matches at the “Air Albania” stadium, against Israel on June 3 and Luxembourg on June 6. These meetings will serve the technical staff to assess the team's condition and continue preparations for future official challenges.

The women's national team will also take to the field as part of the 2027 World Cup qualifiers. The red and black girls will first face the Czech Republic away on June 5, while on June 9 they will host Montenegro at the "Loro Boriçi" stadium.

The U-21 national team will play two friendly matches against high-level opponents, against Slovenia and Italy, challenges that will serve as an important part of preparations for future international commitments.

The U-19 and U-16 national teams will also be active during June, playing two friendly matches against Bulgaria. For these teams, the matches represent a good opportunity for the development and evaluation of young footballers at the international level.

Special attention will also be paid to the U-17 National Team, which will participate in the qualifying round that will take place in Albania under the organization of the Albanian Football Federation. The Red and Blacks will face Latvia and Ukraine at the “Arena Egnatia”, while this activity represents another proof of the trust of international institutions in the organizational capacities of the AFF.

In the second half of the month, the U-14 and U-15 National Teams will also develop their activities, playing two friendly matches against North Macedonia. These training camps and matches are part of the process of identifying and developing young talents for the future of Albanian football.
