Surprise move, coach Slot is rumored to be at Milan

Milan continues to search for a new coach for next season, while Oliver Glasner's name currently remains among the leading candidates.

According to reports, the Red and Blacks are expected to hold a meeting with the Austrian coach at the end of next week. Meanwhile, a surprise development came from Liverpool, who announced the departure of Arne Slot after two seasons in charge of the team.

The Dutch coach, who won the league title with Feyenoord and the Premier League with Liverpool, is now considered an alternative to the Milan bench. The future of Ralf Rangnick could directly influence the choice of a new coach, as the German continues to be in contact with the Italian club.

If Rangnick leaves the Austrian national team and joins Milan, Glasner is seen as the most likely candidate for the bench. If Rangnick continues with Austria, then the path to Arne Slot could become more concrete.

In parallel, Milan is also working on the appointment of a new sporting director, with Ramon Planes among the rumored names.
