The girls' Vllaznia suffered a heavy 0-7 defeat against Inter in the Europa Women's Cup in the match played at the youth center in Milan, a defeat that practically bids farewell to the Shkodran team in this important competition.

Three goals in the first half for the home team and 4 goals in the second 45 minutes caused Vllaznia to suffer its deepest defeat in its representation in European Cups.

The girls seem to have been defeated by the name of Inter", said the coach of Vllaznia for Girls, Nikolin Lekaj.   

Despite the long experience that the girls' Vllaznia has in Europe, coach Lekaj said that the team has undergone major changes in recent years, which contributed to this loss with 8 goals conceded.

"From Vllaznia, who have gone to the European Cups, there are only 2 or 3 girls. There are about 14 girls who have come this year and normally they want their time to harmonize with the group and play properly. We have to work hard to at least have better continuity," said Lekaj.

In the return match, which will be in a week in Shkodra, Vllaznia will play against Inter with the hope of making a dignified appearance after this unexpected defeat in Italy. /CNA
