Snowfall and rain during the night / How the situation appears in Shkodër,

The whole country from North to South is "stuck" by bad weather.

The rain and snow have been continuing for several days, thus causing a problem with flooding or blocking roads in some districts.

Below we present an overview of the situation in three districts, Shkodër, Korçë and Gjirokastër.

Shkoder

The situation in the Municipality of Shkoder, at 08.00 on 21.01.2023, is presented as follows:

Niveli i lumit Drin (hidrometri ura e Bahçallekut) shënon kuotën 6.10 me nje renje prej 5 cm me oren 18.00 te dates 20.01.2023 ( kuota max 7.50 m ). Niveli i Liqenit ( hidrometri ura e Bunes) shenon 8.20 m me nje rritje prej 5 cm me oren 18.00 te dates 20.01.2023 ( kuota max 8.70 m ). Siperfaqja totale e permbytur ne Bashkine Shkoder eshte 1120 Ha, e pandryshuar me oren 18.00 te dates 20.01.2023

Njesia Administrative Ana e Malit 1100 Ha e pembytur. Rruga e obotit ka prezence uji 55 cm, e pandryshuar me oren 18.00 e dates 20.01.2023. Ujesjellesi Oblika 1 eshte jashte funksionit. Ne rrugen e Obotit po operon nje mjet I kalueshmerise se larte se bashku me 4 forca te ushtrise.

Njesia Administrative Dajç 20 Ha toke bujqesore ( siperfaqe toke mbas argjinatures). Grupet e EC te Bashkise Shkoder jane ne monitorim te vazhdueshem te situates.

Korçë

Në qarkun Korçë gjatë natës ka pasur reshje shiu dhe dëbore. Reshjet kanë qenë në formë dëbore në kuotën +900 m. Në rrugën e Dardhës nga km 4 -km 13 ,reshje dëbore, trashësia 10 cm deri 25 cm.

Në rrugën Korçë-Voskopojë nga km 7- km 18, trashësia 5-15 cm. Korçë-Qafa e Qarrit-Ersekë km 12 deri km 30 trashësia 5cm – 15 cm.

Ndërkohë është punuar dhe punohet me 7 mjete borëpastruese për pastrim dhe kriposje. Në rrugën e Dardhës nga km 8 – km 13 kalimi i mjeteve bëhet me zinxhirë ose goma dimërore në orët e paradites.

Në akset e tjera qarkullimi i mjeteve bëhet pa probleme dimërore, rekomandohet përdorimi i gomave dimërore.

Gjirokastër

In the district of Gjirokastra, during the night there were rains of up to average intensity, accompanied by strong wind, rains that continue in the morning. I was notified by the Ministry of Education and Culture of Memaliaj municipality about a fallen tree on Memaliaj street.

The fire brigade went to the scene and removed the fallen tree from the road. The level of the Vjosa at the Memaliaj bridge gauge has not changed since yesterday evening, less than 4 meters.

At the Përmet footpath, the level of Vjosa is 2.4 meters. Electricity supply in the district has been normalized. The supply of drinking water is uninterrupted. In the other municipalities of the district until 08:00, with the exception of reported problems and they are in the attention of the work of the responsible structures, there are no other situations.
