"Hymn of Grace" by Ana Bushgjokaj/Zoga: A different recital, full of

"Himne hiri" is the title of Ana Bushgjoka's first album. Considered by critics as one of the best young voices, Ana preceded the album with a recital that gathered her friends and relatives at the "Migjeni" theater.

"Himne hiri" collects old Christian songs as well as later hymns that Ana has translated into Albanian. Not only her voice but also her mastery of the piano brought Ana close to the public.

"A very special evening. I'm still emotional, sometimes the emotions linger. A very good audience, fantastic applause for which I am very grateful. These songs had a message about peace, about love and about kindness that goes beyond everything. It's difficult, but when you dedicate yourself to the right path, I believe anything is achievable," said singer Ana Bushgjokaj.

But how connected is Ana to the faith to which she decided to dedicate an album?

"I'm very connected, I think it's the most important thing in my life. I also wanted to convey this in the album, so that regardless of the background of the people who are following it, they like to understand it and say yes, I listen to it and I like this song. I have always made music from the soul and from the heart, but I don't say no to different opportunities, but so far I haven't had a reason to make commercial music. I like making music, so I hope to make music this year and as long as I live."

For the artistic director, master Ilir Zoga, this recital was very different, delivered with passion and full of finesse.

"A completely different recital. I was also present at the studio work with Ana for this activity and her initiative, her wonderful ideas and why not her creations are to be highly commended. Truly a very elegant concert, brought with great finesse and mastery by Ana who possesses a talent not only in vocals but also in a broader aspect in creativity and why not in the orchestration of materials. It is true that it enters into serious and natural art that needs serious art. Moreover, there is a great need for the education of the new generation so that they can be taught and cultivated with serious music, a music on very sound artistic foundations. I say it is indispensable."

Through this recital, Ana aimed to penetrate the hearts of art lovers with her voice, good music, and a message of faith and strength for all. /CNA
