For the first time, a community foundation is coming to Albania with a focus on philanthropy and philanthropy.

"Korcars help the Korcars" is the foundation that was presented today in a workshop attended by leaders of local institutions, as well as representatives of foundations and other non-governmental organizations.

Philanthropy and Korça are considered inseparable from each other, due to the glorious history that this city carries. Philanthropy was born in Korça, and the people of Korçë themselves have made it possible to help the city through community aid, thus showing love for the city and its people.

Leonard Olli, the executive director of the Community Foundation "Korçars help the Korçars" told CNA TV details about the creation of this foundation, emphasizing the fact that Korça cannot be separated from philanthropy, as it was the first city to embrace it.

"Korça and philanthropy, as we have in the theme of the workshop, is an inseparable binomial. The time has come to bring back this wonderful tradition of Korça, which was also extended to other countries in Albania. For the chairman of the board of directors, Ardit Konomi, this initiative is a big step because a future will be built based on the history of philanthropy, in which Korça holds the first place.
