Korça turns on the holiday lights/ The city presents magical nights, concerts and various activities
Korça turned on the lights of the end of the year holidays...
In Gjirokastra, the festive period of the end of the year has officially opened. The symbolic lighting of the Christmas tree was accompanied by music and entertainment in Çerçiz Topulli Square.
Nearly 300 gifts were distributed to children of various schools in the city. Those who enjoy the holidays the most, the children, have not hidden their emotions
"I really like everything, the tree and the concert," said one child.
Children and adults wished happy holidays.
"Gjirokastra is my city, everything is very beautiful, we wish it to be a good year and full of tourists", says another citizen.
After many years, Gjirokastra has changed this year the decor for the historic center that will represent the heart of the city for the holidays.
The businesses of this area have organized musical events every weekend, which is expected to give more liveliness to the end of December in the city./ CNA
