The second edition of the "Gjon Mili" International Video Art Festival will begin on November 15 in the city of Korça, at the city's Digital Arts Gallery, with a special activity entitled "Jazz Night, Video Arts and Experimental Works".

This festival is a tribute to the internationally renowned photographer, Gjon Mili, an artist who gave art a new approach through experimentation with light and movement.
