American tourists in Albania/ "Fantastic nature, very welcoming country"

Visitors from America choose to visit Albania, while also stopping in the deep villages of Korça district. Strelca is one of the villages of Maliqi that offers a wonderful view of nature, with big rocks that accompany you all the way, which give a different look to this village.

Strelca is located about 30 km from the town of Maliqitt, but the mountainous terrain makes it a bit difficult to climb to this village. It seems that this difficulty has not stopped American tourists from visiting this picturesque village.

The tourists, accompanied by an Albanian, have been enjoying the beauties of Albania for 5 days, starting from Shkodra and ending in the southeast. The next stop for them will be the city of Berat.

For Americans, Albania is a wonderful country, offering such unique and delicious hospitality and traditional cuisine.

"It's our first time traveling as four of us, we're from America, New Hampshire. It's our first time in Albania, we've been here for about 5 days and we have a wonderful Albanian friend, Toni, who is showing us beautiful places and it's helping us to see tourism in this country. We visited Lake Prespa yesterday, took a boat trip and had fish for lunch with the families there. It was a wonderful trip."

As soon as they arrived in Strelcë, they noticed the walnut trees that are abundant in this village, while they say that they did not have the opportunity to enjoy the beautiful Kor?a for a longer time.

"We just arrived here (in Strelcë) and we see that there are many walnut trees that we really enjoy. Tony told us that he has been here several times and suggested us to visit because it is a nice place. In Korçë just we passed because we have other places that we have decided to go, unfortunately we did not have time to stop in the city center to see it. Today we will leave for Berat, we have decided to walk around Albania for 10 days, so we are halfway through the trip. "

Their journey started from Shkodra where they visited some of the most special destinations there, swimming in the middle of October in the Shala River as the weather that day was quite favorable. After Shkodra, the next stop was in Prespa where they tried fish as the traditional dish of the area.

"We are from New Hampshire, USA, we are traveling four people and we wanted to take vacations related to ecotourism. We have Tony as a very good guide and we are going to many beautiful places. Albania is a country with many mountains.

We went to Lake Shkodra, near the border with Montenegro, then to Koman, the Shala River, where we swam even though it is the middle of October, but it was very beautiful and we were brave because the weather was very good and helped us. Then we went to Mrrizi i Zanave, we had a very good meal there, and then we arrived in Prespa where we took a tour of Lake Prespa. We also tried the traditional food and wine of that country, very nice trip.

For Albania, American tourists feel quite satisfied that they decided to visit it, saying that there are interesting places with fantastic nature and the hospitality of the inhabitants.

First, we were thinking of going to Greece, then we started to learn more about Albania and we realized that it is a very beautiful place to visit, because of the hospitality and interesting places and the fantastic nature. We are very pleased that we decided to come to Albania."
