"The business is named after my grandmother, I decided it in her respect, the restaurant is located in the village of Narta, which is three kilometers from Vlora, and while the clientele has expanded in various ways, the fact that I invested in business here is because this is the area where I was born and raised. I know the products of the area and what it offers, making it possible for those I know to serve our customers with kindness and satisfaction. The business was opened in 2001 and we continue to work for more than two decades. In these years, it has been very difficult for us to face the many challenges, we have a good clientele", he said.

Also, the co-owner and chef of the restaurant, who is also a cooking enthusiast, emphasizes the importance of using fresh and natural products, which are provided by local farmers to guarantee authentic taste and high quality. "I have been working in the kitchen since I was 23 years old, when I emigrated, and now I have been working in the family business for 22 years. The kitchen is difficult, but I enjoy it and I love this profession, the most favorite foods are traditional ones from Narta , like an eel in a pan, in our kitchen we alternate traditional and Greek and Italian cuisine with pasta and seafood. The traditional one is preferred.
