"Albania is being observed with a magnifying glass, at 360 degrees"/ Kikia: We have never seen the EU react in this way

Analyst Mentor Kikia has commented on recent developments in politics, where the Parliament rejected SPAK's request for Balluk's immunity.

According to him, Albania is being watched with a magnifying glass and the EU and its member states have never reacted in this way as they have today, emphasizing that the reaction has nothing to do with the democratization of Albania but with the negotiation process.

"Within the framework of the negotiations, Albania is observed with a magnifying glass in relation to justice, democracy, it is observed in 360 degrees that constitute the health of citizens, the republic, politics, etc. Part of this observation is today's reaction. We have never seen the EU and its member states react in this way. It is not related to their efforts to democratize Albania but to the process we are in, we are in negotiations. The first positive thing we have is this increased attention to Albania", said Kikia./ CNA
