Balluk's immunity/Berisha: We will vote in unison to remove the mandate

The leader of the Democratic Party, Sali Berisha, spoke to the media before the start of the plenary session and the protest. Berisha said that citizens are demanding Rama's resignation as the only solution to this dramatic situation the country is experiencing.

Further, Berisha stated that Rama is the most humiliated prime minister who is using the Constitution to defend his theft.

The leader of the Democrat Party said that Rama, for his own interests, is closing Albania's doors to the EU.

Regarding Balluk's mandate, Berisha stated that the Democrats will vote in unison to lift his immunity.

 

 

" Citizens demand Edi Rama's resignation as the only solution to this situation and this dramatic situation that the country is experiencing. At a time when Edi Rama, the most humiliated man in office today in the entire EU space, there is no prime minister today who is as humiliated in front of his voters and people as Rama. He is using the laws, he is violating the Constitution to protect his theft. For his own interests, he is closing the doors of the EU to Albania. Where he approves laws in Parliament for his signature, Pëllumbesha Spirogjoka takes the signature. Edi Rama is experiencing a period of maximum humiliation. We are here today to express the opinion of Albanian citizens. We will vote in unison for the removal of his mandate. To save his skin, he is ready to accept any kind of humiliation", said Berisha.
