Votimi në Kuvend për Ballukun/ Reagon Ambasada Gjermane në Tiranë

Ambasada Gjermane në Tiranë ka reaguar pak minuta më parë, pasi mazhoranca rrëzoi kërkesën e SPAK drejtuar Kuvendit për heqjen e imunitetit të Belinda Ballukut.

Lidhur me vendimin e marrë këtë të enjte, Ambasada shprehet se edhe në raste të ndjekjes penale për korrupsion të zyrtarëve të lartë, procesi duhet të vazhdojë shpejt dhe pa pengesa.

“Gjermania mbështet procesin e integrimit të Shqipërisë në Bashkimin Evropian në përputhje me dëshirën e shqiptarëve.

Kusht i domosdoshëm për të bërë progres në këtë proces të bazuar në merita është ndjekja penale me efektivitet e korrupsionit edhe në raste të rangut të lartë. Pritshmëria jonë e qartë është që edhe në këto raste ndjekja penale përmes drejtësisë të mund të realizohet shpejt dhe pa pengesa. Prej politikës shqiptare vazhdon të kërkohet ende që ta garantojë këtë proces”,-thekson Ambasada Gjermane./CNA
