"Maximum respect for SPAK"/ Balla: Regarding the suspension of ministers, we are on a path that we do not know where it will lead us

The head of the Socialist Party Parliamentary Group, Taulant Balla, states that the socialists have maximum respect for the prosecutors of the Special Prosecution Office who conduct investigations even against senior officials.

Invited to the "Opinion" show with journalist Blendi Fevziu, Balla said that regarding the decision to suspend the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Infrastructure and Energy, Belinda Balluku, the process has entered a path of interpretation of the decision that does not have a clear way out.

"We have maximum respect for the SPAK prosecutors. There is no doubt that there is something that needs to be interpreted by the Constitutional Court. We have entered a path that we do not know where it will lead us. No one has this right. In the Berisha case, the court gave a final decision. In any case, we only implement the Constitutional Court's decision, we do not discuss it," Balla said./CNA
