Democratic Party MP Belind Këlliçi has made strong accusations against the government. Këlliçi has emphasized that Federica Mogherini's colleagues have disappeared 22 million euros.

According to the DP MP, the College of Europe has not only cost millions to EU taxpayers, but also to Albanians, mostly young people.

With a Council of Ministers' Decision of March 13, 2024, Edi Rama's government diverted 17 million euros intended for Albanian students, using them for the construction of the College of Europe.

This government decision also wiped out about 5 million euros used by the Municipality of Tirana for the design of the University of Tirana campus project, "Construction of the University of Arts" and "Construction of the Police Academy".

"If Federica Mogherini was arrested for 3.2 million euros, her colleagues in Albania magically disappeared 22 million euros for this affair.

The College of Europe has not only cost millions to EU taxpayers, but also to Albanians, mostly young people.
