The Co-Chair of the Territorial Reform Commission, Arbjan Mazniku from Korça, where the commission held its next hearing, also spoke about the protests in the country.

In a statement to the media, Mazniku said regarding the protests that in a democracy, people have the right to express their opinion.

This is a completely normal thing, declared Mazniku. The socialist further said that it should be borne in mind that not too long ago, people who took to the streets were killed. Mazniku stated that the Socialist Party has an agreement with Albanian citizens.

An agreement which, according to Maznik, the Socialist Party is following with great attention for the improvement of the country.

And we must always remember one thing: that today we are in a situation where people have their right to protest, to express their opinion, to organize, to group, to group in the way they express their opinion and this is completely normal.
