DP boycotted the session/Majority approves 9 draft laws and 10 draft resolutions

This Thursday, in the plenary session that began at 10:00, the Albanian Parliament approved nine draft laws and 10 draft resolutions.

These are draft laws and draft resolutions in several important areas, which were approved only with the presence of the majority, after representatives of the Democratic Party decided to boycott the session.

More specifically, it was voted:

-Draft law "On commercial receipts for agricultural products" - 77 votes in favor, 1 abstention, 1 against

-Draft law "On the agricultural census" - 78 votes in favor, 0 abstentions, 1 against

-Draft law "On some amendments and additions to Law No. 27/2016 "On the management of chemicals", as amended" - 78 votes in favor, 0 abstentions, 1 against

-Draft law "On an amendment to law no. 103/2016, "On aquaculture" - 76 votes in favor, 0 abstentions, 0 against

-Draft law "On some additions and amendments to law no. 9244, dated 17.6.2004, "On the protection of agricultural land", as amended" - 77 votes in favor, 0 abstentions, 2 against (Erion Braçe and Erald Kapri)

-Draft law "On the ratification of the agreement between the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Albania and the government of the Federal Republic of Germany, for technical cooperation 2025".- 79 votes in favor, 0 abstentions, 0 against

-Draft law "On the ratification of the loan agreement between the Republic of Albania and the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development, for the Albanian railways - rehabilitation of the Tirana-Durres railway and construction of the railway connection with the Tirana International Airport: expansion of the project" - 78 votes in favor, 0 abstentions, 0 against

-Draft law "On the ratification of the Convention on the Bureau of the European Civil Aviation Conference, done at Bern, on 30 August 2025" - 78 votes in favor, 0 abstentions, 0 against

- Draft law "On some additions and amendments to law no. 9616, dated 27.9.2006, "On the book in the Republic of Albania", as amended" - 78 votes in favor, 1 abstention (Erion Braçe), 2 against (Erald Kapri and Redi Muçi)

Approval of the draft resolution "On the evaluation of the activity of the Central Election Commission for the year 2025" - 79 votes in favor, 0 abstentions, 2 against

-Approval of the draft resolution "On the evaluation of the activity of the Inspector General of the High Inspectorate for Declaration and Control of Assets and Conflict of Interest for the year 2025" - 78 votes in favor, 0 abstentions, 2 against

-Approval of the draft resolution "On the assessment of the activity of the Bank of Albania for 2025" - 77 votes in favor, 0 abstentions, 2 against

-Approval of the draft resolution "On the assessment of the activity of the Financial Supervisory Authority for the year 2025" - 77 votes in favor, 0 abstentions, 2 against

-Approval of the draft resolution "On the evaluation of the activity of the Institute of Statistics for 2025" - 77 votes in favor, 0 abstentions, 2 against

-Approval of the draft resolution "On the evaluation of the activity of the Electronic and Postal Communications Authority for the year 2025" - 77 votes in favor, 1 abstention, 2 against

-Approval of the draft resolution "On the evaluation of the activity of the Albanian Radio and Television for the year 2025" - 77 votes in favor, 2 abstentions, 1 against

-Approval of the draft resolution "On the evaluation of the activity of the Audiovisual Media Authority for the year 2025" - 77 votes in favor, 0 abstentions, 3 against

-Approval of the draft resolution "On the assessment of the activity of the Energy Regulatory Authority for the year 2025" - 78 votes in favor, 0 abstentions, 2 against

-Approval of the draft resolution "On the evaluation of the activity of the Water Regulatory Authority for the year 2025" - 78 votes in favor, 0 abstentions, 2 against
