SP's proposal for Territorial Reform revealed/Here's how many municipalities the country is expected to be divided into

The meeting of the Special Commission for Administrative-Territorial Reform that was held this Wednesday closed after numerous clashes and debates regarding the deadlines for the work of this commission.

As reported by "Euronews Albania", the Socialist Party will present a proposal regarding the number of municipalities into which the country is expected to be divided.

According to the SP concept, Albania will have around 40 to 50 municipalities.

It is also learned that with the start of the new parliamentary session, the Assembly will review and approve amendments to the law on local self-government and the law on local finances, which are directly affected by the new changes that will be made through territorial division. /CNA
