The former chairman of the Democratic Party in Durrës, Osman Stafa, announced this Thursday his decision to run again in the elections of this party.

As he announced through a post on social media, Stafa considers it a mission and duty to make his contribution as a democrat, while emphasizing that he has not left the DP even on the worst day.

"Why did I decide to run for president of the Democratic Party, Branch 2, Durrës?"

As one of the founders of the DP, I feel it is my mission and duty to give my contribution to an unfinished mission. Politics is a vision. I am clear about our common journey and where we should go. Politics is a contribution and History!

I have been, am and will be part of the Democratic Party's journey in sunny and rainy times. Politics and especially oppositionism is sacrifice and stability. I am a product of sacrifice in the name of oppositionism as a mission and goal.

Lastly, politics is also a union of ideas, wills, and goals. During my political contribution, union in ideas, goals, and sacrifice has been the mission of my political and civic stance.

Oppositionism is not an adventure! Your vote is an alternative and a responsibility.
