Joint meeting with Italy/ Rama: Agreements in the defense industry are important

Prime Minister Edi Rama gave an interview to journalist Bruno Vespa on the show "Cinque minuti".

Rama stopped at the joint meeting between the Albanian and Italian governments.

Speaking about the signed agreements, Rama said that the most important ones are in the field of defense.

Rama also said that security agreements are important.

" I believe that those related to the defense industry are important. Those related to energy and, above all, the work on the new joint project between Albania and Italy to build this interconnection line between East and West that includes Romania, Bulgaria, Greece, Albania and Italy, is very important. Furthermore, other projects related to security, the fight against trafficking, organized crime, as well as the environment or, as you rightly said, health are also important ," said Rama./CNA
