The Annual Conference of the IAIS (International Organization of Insurance Supervisors) is taking place in Tirana today. This meeting is being held for the first time in the Balkan region.

Prime Minister Edi Rama began his speech at the meeting with a joke, saying that his attire showed how seriously he took this meeting.

"Let me tell you that I was a little worried when I entered the hall and you were all here. Which makes me understand that you didn't have a long night last night like the last time, when I came to the hall and found it empty. To cover risks you should always sleep well. I hope my outfit shows you how seriously I took this meeting," Rama said. /CNA
