The Minister of Tourism, Culture and Sports, Blendi Gonxhja, has reacted in a post on social networks regarding the accusations of the leader of the Democratic Party, Sali Berisha. The latter stated that Gilmando Dani acted as a bodyguard and financier of Minister Blendi Gonxhja.

The minister, in his post on social media, states that this is fake news and says that he has never heard of Dani's name and does not even know him. He says that Berisha must now prove in court every public accusation he has made.
