The ardent supporter of Basha "fills his pockets" from Rilindja/ How he won the tender in the municipality of Selenica

Four days ago, on August 18, the firm "Shëlqimi 07" was declared the winner of a tender for the reconstruction of Kuz Picar.

The Municipality of Selenica has awarded the tender to the firm of Agron Kapllanaj, one of Lulzim Basha's men, his ardent supporter. This tender was won by Kapllanaj in an abusive manner, so it was a predetermined competition, an old formula already. Everything starts from the procured amount to the fact that the other 3 firms that entered the competition were simply a facade.

Por, ky nuk është rasti i parë kur mbështetësit e Bashës fitojnë qindra miliona euro nga tenderat.

Kujtojmë se  edhe deputeti i Partisë Demokratike, Lefter Gështenja, ka marrë rreth 1 miliardë lekë tendera nga institucione të ndryshme shtetërore.

Tashmë është e thjeshtë të kuptohet pse Agron Kapllanaj është një nga mbështetësit më të zjarrtë të Bashës. Rilindja i mbështet fuqishëm njerëzit e Bashës duke “i mbushur xhepat”.

Kujtojmë se kreu i PD, Sali Berisha ka ngritur shpesh akuza nga Kapllanajt duke thënë se bashkë me Bashën, Ramën dhe Veliajn  është një gjakpirës.

Ish-Kryeministri është shprehur se Kapllanaj  ka përfituar miliona euro nga tenderat e Edi Ramës.
