The Democratic Party has continued with the daily questions about Incinerators.

MP Luan Baçi, in an appearance for the media, said that for the mega-affair of the century, the Ministry of Environment signed a 30 million euro contract for the owners in search of the Fier Incinerator, without VKM and without publishing it in the Official Gazette.

A concessionary contract was signed between the Ministry of Environment and the Integrated "Technology Waste Management" company in October 2016. The value of the contract is 30 million euros.

Përgjigjet duhen kërkuar te mëkati apo korrupsioni fillestar. Që në firmosjen e kontratës mes ministrisë së Mjedisit dhe kompanisë së Klodian Zotos ka shumë gjëra që “mbajnë erë”. Kompanitë e djegies së mbetjeve, që u krijuan për ta zhdukur erën e keqe nga qytetet, bënë të kundërtën, e shtuan atë. Duke shtuar, bashkë me erën, edhe kostot të cilat llogariten në kufijtë e 500 milion eurove.

Sot, si çdo ditë, kemi këto pyetje të thjeshta për SPAK:

1.Pse nuk ka një VKM për 30 milion eurot e inceneratorit të Fierit, apo ka nje te tille dhe mbahet i fshehur?

2. Why was this 30 million euro contract not published at all in the Official Gazette?

3. Who had the guts to ignore Fier's decision and build it somewhere else out of the 10 locations evaluated by Fier Municipality?

4. 3 years ago KLSh announced that 88% of the fund for the Fier incinerator had been received, but not even 12% had been invested! Where did that money go?

5. Why is the contract not terminated and sent for criminal prosecution?

These are the questions and everyone formulates their own answers. But the camel does not fit into the sack. The case cannot be accounted for offshore and, no matter how late the time, one day the thieves who hang the jacket on Edi Rama's firm and his henchmen will give an account. /CNA.al
