The Chairman of the Democratic Party, Sali Berisha, delivered his speech at the meeting with the Democrats of branches 1 and 3 in Tirana.

Berisha said that these meetings come at a time of extreme degradation of the state.

The chief democrat said that this regime is more destructive than that of Enver Hoxha. Further, Berisha said that the degradation of these rulers has only the sky as its limit.

 

 

" We gather at a time when there is an extreme degradation of what is called a state. The degradation, the degeneration in the absolute sense of the word, of the character and legal morality of the people of this government exceeds any kind of prediction, book or film. In our memory, there has never been a black dictatorship like that of Enver Hoxha. In some aspects, this regime is more destructive for the Albanian being than the first regime. The degradation of these rulers has only the sky as its limit ," Berisha said./CNA
