Democratic Party MP Belind Këlliçi, through a post on social media, reacted to today's decision of the Constitutional Court.

Këlliçi writes that postponing the decision only serves Rama and Balluk, as citizens want a decision.

Further, the democrat states that Rama, who swore to protect justice, has now blocked it and launched a frontal attack on prosecutors and judges.

The Constitutional Court's postponement of the decision on Balluk, without providing explanations, without announcing a date for when they will pronounce, does not at all indicate that this issue is being treated seriously.

On the contrary!

The only party that wants this to happen, that there will be endless delays, is the defendant and her boss, Edi Rama. The public, the citizens, the taxpayers of the country want a decision. Justice, on the other hand, is blocked, the measure requested by SPAK has remained frozen. And justice needs a decision.

But again, the Constitutional Court today made it clear that it has other priorities. With the decision it made today, by not making a decision and postponing it indefinitely, without transparency until now, the highest instance in our Judiciary has served the Rama-Balluku duo.

It is precisely this duo that aims for SPAK's request to be postponed and postponed, possibly to exceed the 3-month deadline, so that it automatically falls. Today, almost 50 days have passed since SPAK submitted the request for Balluk's arrest to the Parliament.

Edi Rama, who swore that he would not obstruct justice, has this time blocked it and launched a frontal attack on the prosecutors and judges handling the Balluku case. It's just that the Constitutional Court, behind which he is now hiding, has come in very handy and in his favor.

This today is one more reason for citizens to join February 10th on the Boulevard.
