Kaso: DP, the only political and social instrument that can overthrow the

Democratic MP Ivi Kaso declared today that the Democratic Party is the only political and social instrument that can overthrow the neo-dictatorship the country is facing.

In his speech at the "Foltore" in Korça, Kaso stated that it is the duty of democrats not only to keep the DP flag alive, but also to offer Albanian citizens the path towards EU values.

"December 27 also coincides with the 35th anniversary of the founding of this branch. We gather today for an anniversary, a moment of reflection. Today we keep this flag alive; it is a testament to strength and vitality.

We have seen attempts to steal the flag and the seal, but thanks to your sacrifice, today we are the main alternative for governing the country. This is also a moment of reflection: poverty and injustice have become part of everyday life. Farmers are in distress, young people do not find support, the judiciary is collapsing, and crime has taken over the elections.

However, even today there is hope and it is the DP. It is the only political and social instrument that can overturn this situation. We cannot remain silent. Our mission is to overthrow the neo-dictatorship. We are ready to offer citizens the path towards a Europe of values,” said Kaso. /CNA
