The head of the Socialist Party Parliamentary Group, Taulant Balla, spoke today about the investment in Zvërnec, during a meeting with a group of citizens.

In his speech, Balla said that this is not a simple investment of 4 billion dollars.

This is because, according to Balla, the circulation of goods and services will immediately begin, the cost of which will be reflected in the state budget and the national economy.

"When you invest 4 billion, their value in the economy is not 4, it's 8, it's 12. Because circulation begins. You'll get the brick, the tile, the cement, the trees that you'll plant. They're called circulation and they're no longer 4 billion. If they say they'll invest 4 billion, their value in the economy is greater. I'm doing a rough calculation. Only 20% VAT, out of 4 billion is 800 million, which goes to the state budget. Naturally, for pensions we won't have 250 million, but 500 million.
