"I'm the same as the opposition"/ Rama, with a pin: People from Kosovo and Tetovo throw stones on the boulevard and hide their hands

The leader of the Democratic Party, Sali Berisha, has declared that he will not physically participate in the protest called by citizens, arguing that his presence would violate its civic character.
Berisha said that the protest has taken on significant dimensions and that it should remain far from party identification. He announced that he has instructed the leaders and members of the Democratic Party to participate only as citizens.
"Physically, it is not my place there, because it is a civic protest. I have instructed all members and leaders of the Democratic Party to be in that square only as citizens. My presence there damages the strongest fiber of the protest, the civic fiber," Berisha said.
According to the democratic leader, the protest has gained broad civic support, so it must maintain its nature and not lose the identity that made it important.
Berisha stressed that he will support the protest with all political means, but without being present in the square./ CNA
