With calluses on the brain and immoral morals

Abuzimit monstruoz të kategorive të caktuara të njerëzve, politikanë apo gazetarë, gjithashtu i duhet vënë me ligj fre, sepse kanë shkatërruar karriera politike, profesionale, familje e jetë private.

With calluses on the brain and immoral morals

Freedom of speech is precious and a hard-earned right, countless efforts and is the true sign of true democracy!

Fighting for the right to speak is not only right, but also the obligation of each of us, from the simplest citizen to the highest politician of this country!

But should it be abused in the name of freedom of speech?
Absolutely NOT!

I am in favor of thoroughly verifying an accusation of defamation, of a false or implied news in newspapers, social networks and portals.
For this reason, I am in favor of punishment by the courts with prison or a fine for defamation, fabrication of evidence, payment of witnesses, fraud, corruption or any other criminal offense for whoever is responsible: citizen, businessman, journalist, politician, deputy or minister or prime minister.

Defamation must be put to an end!

The monstrous abuse of certain categories of people, politicians or journalists, must also be curbed by law, because they have destroyed political and professional careers, families and private lives.

Because no one can say or write whatever comes to mind in the name of "the people, freedom and democracy", in the name of "information and freedom of speech" and not be punished.
Political and media slanderers must understand that their freedom ends where the freedom of others begins and that they will no longer be unthreatened in their anarcho-freedom to publicly slander and massacre, personally and politically, anyone they have no regard for. facts and arguments.

Yes! Defamation and abuse of free speech must be punished!
Free, unintimidated and independent courts must punish when MPs or ministers are guilty, even the prime minister, ex-prime minister or ex-president!

How many politicians, MPs or even prime ministers in the world have been convicted?
Did society or politics rise up in their countries to make a revolution for them? Did public and political life die with their punishment?

Justice should be feared by all without exception.
Political parties should not be the shield of the deputy or the minister and attack and threaten Justice.

They neither heroize nor victimize the convict!

Nor should they measure the freedom and quality of democracy by a court decision, let alone hinder them, threaten them with arrests in the headquarters like Oso Kuka, warn of civil disobedience, block roads, squares, airports, universities, canteens and restaurants and "sever institutional relations" with the legislative power.

What does it mean to "break institutional relations with the majority"? Will we return to riots in the Assembly, to the obstruction of parliamentary life by jamming sessions, overturning chairs and lighting flares?

We all know that democracy in Albania is not perfect, it even has serious defects, but what is normal in this country that is not normal?

And who is responsible for this anomaly? Me, or the legislators themselves who today complain between tears, cries and cries?

Of course, it is not even normal for a political opponent to mock and denigrate the convicted, even though he may deserve it...
Because it proves that he is no different from the "obstructors of Justice" on the other side.

No one should use or blackmail Justice and be unpunished!

Justice must act as Justice and the investigations must be complete, exhaustive and impartial, so that the punishments do not give rise to public, political and media interpretations and misinterpretations!

That no one should discuss or make a public trial of Justice!

Of course, there is another parameter: Albanian society has a different political and civic culture.

To free myself from complexes and not to create my own false legends where they do not exist.

Do not compare an individual with Christ!
