Ideas that produce public bewilderment are qualities of exhibitionist, performative people.

Exhibitionism is the unrestrained human desire to bring out before the public physical qualities that are generally avoided to be displayed. Exhibitionists in the first sense of this word are those people who show the most intimate parts of their body in public.

In a broader concept, exhibitionism is the obsession to amaze the surrounding environment with terribly daring, perhaps completely unfeasible ideas, simply to grab attention at all costs. Or the courage to say what everyone hesitates to say because of the norm. The essence of exhibitionism is the appearance, the appearance.

Exhibitionists have great allure, especially the deeply formal, elite environments. In such situations the brain produces an uncontrollable dopamine, a neurotransmitter that is deeply involved in human actions such as motivation, pleasure, fantasy or mood. A person with manifested exhibitionistic qualities is impossible to control such desires.

Our prime minister has proven with concrete actions that he is a born exhibitionist. His atypical behavior, sensational vocabulary, public mockery of all categories of people who come before him, are but the symptoms of exhibitionism. It doesn't matter who you are talking about, the candidate for President of the United States or Kujtim Gjuzi, a villager from Bathory who is waiting for the land tax for the land occupied by the owner or the Deputy Prime Minister who has chosen himself, Meloni or Spiropali, Skënderbeu or Safet Gjici.
