When the former head of SPAK, Arben Kraja, had to justify the absurdity of not blocking the Tirana incinerator even though corruption had been proven there, he found salvation in the famous statement that the investigations on this issue are complex. Lord Kraja is gone. But the embarrassment of the incinerator remained there. Now the burden of justifying the unjustifiable has fallen to his successor.

A day before, the current head of SPAK, Altin Dumani, played the flute in the same hole. Only this one was a little more creative and instead of the term complex, he used an Albanian word.

Dhe do ishin shume me serioze dhe te besueshem nëse do thonin, që ne e dimë kush janë pronarët, ndaj nuk e bllokojmë dot. Por siç e thashç, këtyre u ra halli të luajnë kungulleshkash në moshë madhore. Ndërsa shqiptarëve, u ka rënë halli të paguajnë.

Të gjitha justifikimet për mos sekuestrimin e inceneratorëve janë manipulim intelektual. E vetmja rezervë këtu është përdorimi i termit intelektual se në fakt, justifikimet janë realisht banale.

Qeveria për shembull na thotë, që nuk mund t‘i bllokojmë dot pagesat se na mbytet Tirana me plehra.
