Edi Rama has proposed to Kosovo to freeze the fruitless dialogue with Serbia and to promise the EU that it will unilaterally fulfill all the obligations of the normalization agreement, in order to regain the trust of Brussels.

But what does this mean in simplified language and with a concrete example?

Such a thing means that, for example, Prishtina establishes the association (which Rama loves so much and for which he has also proposed a secret draft) without receiving in return the "de facto" recognition that the 11-point agreement of Brussels implies.

The question is: What if Albin Kurti decided to listen to his older brother, what would happen?

What is the risk if he accepts the association without negotiations and the full acceptance of the agreement, would anyone remember the other points that presume the "de facto" recognition of Kosovo and which Vucic refuses to sign? And if he accepted the proposal to unilaterally implement all the points of the Brussels agreement, even if Serbia did the math on the ground, would the government of Pristina have negotiating power?

Dilemmas like these have arisen every time the Albanian Prime Minister has thrown an idea or made a proposal.

What would happen if Albin Kurti admitted that the kidnapping of the three policemen did not take place within the Kosovar border? What if he didn't denounce Vucic's refusal to impose sanctions on Putin? What if he accepted the blackmail that visa liberalization would be suspended for Kosovo?

What if he listened to Rama to get Oso Kukat out of the municipalities and the Serbs prolonged the crisis by continuing to boycott the elections as they later witnessed?

What if he accepted the taking of the north under the control of KFOR, considering it as no man's land?

What if he listened to the suggestion to behave like an obedient international loop, would it be possible to extend the sovereignty in the north that the international crisis group and the newspaper "Le Monde" have already found?
